  • Where do you run your classes?
    The Crochet Hut runs their classes from Bridgewater Family and Communty Center. We do not take walk in's and you need to be registered to attend.
  • What is included in the cost?
    Included in your costs are the following: hook, yarn to get you started, stitch markers, scissors highlighter. class notes, queen victoria tea bag - have a cuppa on me!!!!! and much more in your 2-hour class.
  • When do you charge my credit card?
    The credit card or paypal payment is taken at the time of the booking.
  • What's your refund policy?
    Refund and transfer requests. refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing. to request a refund or transfer, The Crochet Hut requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event. please email thecrochethut@outlook.com to organise. Partial refunds. The Crochet Hut has the right to issue a partial refund, (i.e., a % of the total order) and to retain any booking and processing fees associated with the order. Missed classes. The Crochet Hut does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes. if you can't make a class, you can arrange with the crochet hut to send someone else in your place. Cancelled class/event. in the event that a class is cancelled by The Crochet Hut, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
  • What are the terms and conditions?
    Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at The Crochet Hut or organised by the crochet hut must agree to these terms and conditions. 1.) LIABILITY WAIVER i agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by The Crochet Hut. 2.) PHOTO & VIDEO i agree to give The Crochet Hut unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at The Crochet Hut classes and events or on The Crochet Hut premises. (for use of The Crochet Hut marketing materials). 3.) REFUNDS The Crochet Hut requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit. 4.) CANCELLATIONS in the event that a class is cancelled by The Crochet Hut, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
  • Where do i buy my wool?
    You will be advised where i have purchased the yarn for the class on the day. you will all receive printable yarn tags so you know what to buy in the future. Unless you are doing a cal, the yarn that you get in your pack is only to get you started with your project. Ido work with a local business that can supply all your yarn and accessories required.
  • Is there assistance if i get stuck at home?
    If you have attended my class, i will provide assistance to help you over a zoom/teams call in order for you to get back on your way - you are not on your own!!!!! You will need to email thecrochethut@outlook.com to arrange a time that suits both parties.
  • Do you use hashtags on instagram?
    The crochet hut have #thehuthub and #thecrochethut to promote your work.
  • What is a class pass?
    A class pass is where you attend a class over several weeks in order to complete the project. The cost includes everything you need to complete the project and your class lessons over the weeks stipulated.
